忘记linux Root密码

1. 用系统安装光盘：
linux rescue
进入系统后
passwd root
这个比较经典，以前开始用Redhat和FC都是这样做的

2. 在grub引导上加上single参数，
kernel /boot/lfskernel root=/dev/sda2 single
进入但单用户模式。
passwd root
修改密码

3. 如果在进入单用户是还要密码
Give root password for Maintenance
重启
在Grub引导上加上 init=/bin/bash
kernel /boot/lfskernel root=/dev/sda2 init=/bin/bash
进入后/文件系统可能是只读的，重新挂载。

mount -o remount,rw /

修改/etc/shadow,把root的密码那一列去掉
如把

root:$1$8NFmV6tr$rT.INHxDBWn1VvU5gjGzi/:12209:0:99999:7:-1:-1:1074970543

改成
root::12209:0:99999:7:-1:-1:1074970543

重启，用root登陆就没密码了。

lfs 6.3

1. 这个星期借着上班的空隙和晚上的时间做了一个LFS 6.3
   
   这次是第一次手动把每条命令进去的(因为找不到LFS 6.3文档的txt版本，
   没办法copy。以前作LFS都是偷懒用copy和paste的方式完成的。)
   手动输入比较慢，但相当于学习了一下shell scripts。
   
   记录几个问题。
   
   

2. Terrm

在chroot进入LFS系统时把Term变量敲错了，写成Terrm，然后在编译内核
make menuconfig时就出现如下错误:
Error opening terminal: unknown.

logout重新chroot就解决了。

• menu.list

把grub的menu.lst写成menu.list，后果是重启后没有选择系统的菜单，
直接进入grub的命令行格式。

• scsi硬盘驱动

由于没有把驱动选上，内核启动时会报以下错误：

VFS:Cannot open root device "sda1" or unknown-block(0,0)
Please append a correct "root=" boot option
Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)

记下这些琐碎的东西，只是想提醒自己，更耐性一点，细心一点。
